Blues J1.7 is a free, W3C HTML and CSS validated Joomla 1.7 /2.5 template. It’s clean design and soothing tones of blue are suitable for many types of Web Sites and it is easily installed and configured. After installation, simply login to your Joomla administration area, go to the template manager and type in your company name and slogan.
