You can create user accounts and control who can access which folder with which rights. The rights can limit the user's actions, disk usage and file types within a folder. The users can be grouped together to assign same rights to each.
Full Administration and Monitoring
Web-based Administration Panel of FileVista provides a complete administration. The administrators can create users, groups or folders and set access controls with an advanced UI. Groups can be assigned managers (sub-administrators) who can administrate their own members. Users can be tracked and monitored via logging events (audit trail).
Easy Upload and Download
FileVista allows you to select and upload multiple files at once and it displays detailed information on upload progress. Downloading multiple files or even whole folders at once is possible and the cancelled or interrupted downloads can be resumed. FileVista can deal with large files both when uploading and downloading.

Easily organize files and folders with Create Folder, Delete, Rename, Copy, Move, Zip and Unzip functions.
